Terms and conditions - 30% Off Your First Shop and Three Month Free Smart Pass

  • The 30% off offer is only available on your FIRST SHOP, for customers aged 18 or over. To redeem the voucher you must use the voucher code specified in the Voucher at check out on your first shop.
  • You must spend a minimum of £60 or more on your first shop in order to use the 30% discount.
  • The maximum discount is £25. For example, if you spend £100 on the items listed below, you will receive the maximum discount of £25.
  • The 30% discount is only available on fresh produce, food cupboard, bakery, frozen, soft drinks, tea & coffee, toiletries, finger foods and everything in the Baby, Parent and Kids aisle except baby milk and formula. Everything else is excluded from the 30% discount including delivery, tobacco products, alcohol, postage stamps, pet food, household cleaning, the purchase of food donations with Ocado. Statutory minimum alcohol pricing applies.
  • You must be opted in to receive e-marketing from Ocado in order to redeem this voucher. You can opt out of electronic marketing in your account settings at any time and you're not required to be opted into marketing in order to use ocado.com without the offer.
  • The Three Month Free Smart Pass is only available for new customers who do not already have a Smart Pass and who have redeemed their 30% off voucher on their first shop ("Three Month Trial").
  • The Three Month Trial will automatically start within 3-5 days of your first shop being delivered, where the 30% off voucher was redeemed.
  • The Three Month Smart Pass entitles customers to all the benefits of Smart Pass, including free delivery, for the duration of the Three Month Trial, full details of which can be found here.
  • Prior to the end of the Three Month Trial, we will contact you to ask you to confirm if you want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial.
  • If you want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial, this will be at the fixed applicable rate for your Smart Pass membership.
  • If you do not want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial or we are unable to contact you, your Smart Pass membership will automatically end at the end of the Three Month Trial and you will need to pay for any deliveries which are due to be delivered after the Three Month Trial.
  • Geographical restrictions apply.
  • The voucher is redeemable on any day of the week, but deliveries are subject to availability and are limited to one per day.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
  • This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher.
  • One voucher per customer and per registered address.
  • The voucher code expires at 23:59 on 24/02/2026.
