The Dirty Negroni

Dirty Negroni recipe

Bringing together two icons of living life in the best way, the Dirty Negroni combines the time-honoured equal-parts recipe of Campari, Gin and Rosso Vermouth with Perello Gordal Picante olive brine for a savoury twist. We recommend adding 35ml of olive brine to your perfect Campari Negroni to make it the right level of Dirty. For a lighter serve, use 25ml; for those who prefer a dirtier Negroni, increase to 50ml.

Base Recipe

  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Gin
  • 25ml Rosso Vermouth
  • 25-50ml Olive brine, to taste

Method

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice
  2. 2. Stir until chilled
  3. 3. Garnish with an orange slice and olive
