Terms & Conditions – Free for a Year Prize Draw Template

1. This prize draw is open to all Ocado customers aged 18 or over who:

   1. place an order between 05th September 2025 and 19th September 2025 (inclusive) at Ocado.com containing at least one purchase of the following; and 

   2. have the order delivered by 26th September 2025 containing at least one purchase of [any product listed above].

2. Proof of age may be required.  The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of any PZ Cussons and Ocado Retail Limited, anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies. 

3. There is no limit on the number of times a person can enter the prize draw and each purchase will constitute one entry. 

4. There is one winner. 

5. The winner will receive a year's supply of Original Source! This will be 52 bottles from our Original Source Shower range, giving you the option to trial different fragrances, sizes and our brand new Original Source Max Boost Range!

6. The closing date and time for placing your order to enter into this Free for a Year Prize Draw is 23.59 on 19th September 2025. Orders placed after this time and delivered after 26th September 2025 at 23.59 will not be included in the prize draw.

7. The winner will be drawn at random by a computer generated system that produces verifiable random results on the 30th September 2025.

8. The winner of the prize will be contacted within 14 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.

9. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.

10. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  

11. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.

12. By being entered into this prize draw you acknowledge Ocado will process your personal data as required to meet these terms. 13. The winner may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this prize draw. Ocado will seek the winner’s prior written permission before they take part in the promotional events.

15. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them

16. By participating in this prize draw you agree that we may publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winners’ name and county of residence will be available on request, for 60 days after the winners are announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EX. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of residence by emailing privacy@ocadoretail.com.
