What Smart Pass schemes are available?

There are two types of passes to choose from: the Anytime Pass for deliveries seven days a week and the lower-cost Midweek Pass with deliveries Tuesday to Thursday. For both passes, you can choose to pay monthly, every six months, or annually.

Can I switch to another scheme?

Absolutely! You can switch between Midweek and Anytime schemes whenever you like. To manage this yourself, simply turn off your auto-renewal in your account settings; your current benefits will continue until the end of your pay period, at which point you can select your new preferred plan.

My Smart Pass is coming to an end. How do I renew?

We'll automatically renew your Smart Pass when the current membership ends. Don't worry, we'll send you a renewal email with up-to-date information before we take any payment. If you wish to turn off auto-renew, head to the Smart Pass Page in your Account Settings.

How do I manage my Smart Pass?

Just go to your 'Account Settings' under 'My Ocado' and select Smart Pass. Here, you can take a look at your membership details, add a new payment method, check when your next payment is due, and manage your auto-renewal preferences.

1. By signing up to a Smart Pass, you agree to our Terms & Conditions

2. *Smart Pass savings based on one weekly slot compared to an Annual Anytime membership. Average slot price saved by Anytime Smart Pass customers: £4.95.

3. Your membership will be renewed automatically once it expires as long as there is a valid payment method linked.

4. Delivery charges apply as normal during Christmas week, when the Smart Pass delivery benefits are suspended.
