Terms and conditions - £25 off your first £60 grocery shop and a Three Months Free Smart Pass

  • You must be opted in to receive e-marketing from Ocado in order to redeem this voucher. You can opt out of electronic marketing in your account settings at any time and you're not required to be opted into marketing in order to use ocado.com without the offer.
  • You must spend a minimum of £60 or more (excluding delivery) on your first shop in order to use the £25. Minimum spend excludes delivery, tobacco products, alcohol, postage stamps, infant formula, the purchase of Ocado Gift Vouchers, and food donations with Ocado. Statutory minimum alcohol pricing applies.
  • The £25 off offer is for new customers aged 18 and over only. It is redeemable on any day of the week, but limited to one per household. To redeem the voucher you must use the voucher code specified in the banner at check out.
  • The Three Month Free Smart Pass is only available for new customers who do not already have a Smart Pass and who have redeemed their £25 off voucher on their first shop (Three Month Trial).
  • The Three Month Trial will automatically start the day after your first shop is delivered where the £25 off voucher was redeemed.
  • Three Month Free Smart Pass entitles customers to free delivery for the duration of the trial.
  • The Three Month Free Smart Pass entitles customers to all the benefits of Smart Pass, including free delivery, for the duration of the Three Month Trial, full details of which can be found here.
  • Prior to the end of the Three Month Trial we will contact you to ask you to confirm if you want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial.
  • If you want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial, this will be at the fixed applicable rate for your Smart Pass membership.
  • If you do not want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial or we are unable to contact you, your Smart Pass membership will automatically end at the end of the Three Month Trial and you will need to pay for any deliveries which are due to be delivered after the Three Month Trial.
  • Geographical restrictions apply.
  • Deliveries are subject to availability and are limited to one per day.
  • Delivery charges apply during the Christmas period of 20th-24th December inclusive.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
  • This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher.
