The Unexpected Blend
135° East is an out of the ordinary gin that brings out what we call the Hyogo style. In addition to the traditional botanicals used in London Dry gin production, 135° East blends in 5 other Japanese botanicals carefully selected by our distiller expert Kimio Yonezawa. To embody the Japanese soul of this unexpected gin, we also added a touch of distilled sake to our recipe.


Yuzu citrus fruit gives our gin a citrus hit, with fragrant tart grapefruit and juicy mandarin orange overtones
Sansho pepper adds a touch of very fragrant spice and a long finish to our gin
A touch of distilled Sake spirit adds a soft seweetness which gently wraps up and accompanies the 5 Japanese botanicals
Delicious in a classic G&T, garnished with grapefruit or yuzu

40ml 135 East Gin
80ml premium tonic water
Pour into tall glass filled with ice
Garnish with citrus zest


Longitude Line
30ml 135 East Gin
10ml Akashi-Tai Umeshu
10ml Hibiscus syrup
15ml Fresh lime juice
10ml Egg white or Aqufaba
Shake all ingredients to emulsify, then add ice and shake again to chill, before straining into chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with dried hibscus flowers
