Cooking guidelines
1. Remove outer loose skin.
2. Separate and peel cloves. Chop or slice into small pieces.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan or wok at medium heat.
4. Once oil has heated add the garlic and stir frequently.
5. Remove and serve after 2/3 minutes or once softened. Check food is piping hot.

Easy-Squeezy Garlic Bread
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 45 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 large bulb of garlic, top sliced off
1tbsp of olive oil
40g of salted butter, softened
5g of fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 pack of ocado bake at home white baguettes
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7. Place the bulb on foil and drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Pop the garlic onto a baking tray and bake for 30 mins, or until soft.
Step 2
Squeeze the roasted garlic into a bowl with the butter and parsley, then mix.
Step 3
Make slices in your baguette, ¾ of the way through, then spread your garlic butter into each slice.
Step 4
Pop back into the oven and bake for a further 10-12 mins until golden.
