Ocado Taramosalata.
A blend of rapeseed oil, marinated cod roe paste and breadcrumbs flavoured with onion and lemon juice.

Taramasalata is a Greek dip with a unique flavour profile as the primary flavour comes from the tarama, which is salted and cured fish roe. this gives it a distinctly salty and savoury taste, almost like a milder version of caviar. the lemon juice gives it a refreshing tang that balances the saltiness and it has a creamy texture and subtle richness.

This dip is incredibly versatile and can be enjoyed in many ways. It's a classic component of a Greek meze platter, served alongside other dips like hummus and tzatziki. It works as a dip with or crudités, crusty bread, pita bread, or breadsticks, and complements grilled chicken, lamb, or pork and seafood dishes beautifully.
