45 ml Absolut Lime
20 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
Crushed Ice
Soda Water
1 Leaf Mint Leaf
1 Wedge Lime

How to mix: Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Muddle. Add Absolut Lime, lime juice and simple syrup. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a mint leaf and a lime wedge.
