Contains unsuitable ingredients for keto

Anyone doing proper keto for health would not touch sunflower oil or cashew nuts. Peanuts are debatable too!

Keto friendly energy

Not 16g carbs as another reviewer stated, it's 6g carbs per single sachet portion minus 3g of fibre. So 3g total net carbs, which isn't going to bust you over the 50g daily net carb limit on a keto diet though you should still consume in moderation. They're very tasty when you've been restricting your carbs all week so I really look forward to eating them for an energy boost before the gym.

Not very Keto

16% carbs is not very keto. Cashews are really bad for anyone doing low-carb/keto.

Basically an expensive small bag of nuts

They tasted nice enough, but expensive for what it is. Essentially a 40g bag of peanuts. Very few other nuts.

fabulous

These are really handy. I take them out on long runs to replace the horrible sweet taste from gels. The flavour is perfect to cut through the sweet and they arent greasy.
