This Hand Raised Pork pie is made in the same way as when we first started making pork pies in 1910. A traditional hot water pastry is shaped by hand around a 'dolly', the light handling of the pastry gives an extraordinarily crisp pastry. We then use whole cuts of RSPCA Freedom Foods approved pork to make a well seasoned pork pie filling. The Lincolnshire family firm of Adams and Harlow, based in Spalding, has been associated with both great meat and fantastic handmade pork pies for over a hundred years. All Adams & Harlow pies are individually made by hand using the finest ingredients and lot of family know how. We make our extrordinary pies with British Flour and British RSPCA freedom foods approved pork.

Not a patch on other brands. Pastry was soft and dry and the filling was similarly uninspired
Looks very nice, but when cutting, the top pastry was very soft. The bottom layer was crunchy, but the pork was quite salty, and tasteless. I doubt if I would purchase again.
