Production faulty?
Every bag was split multiple times. Wish I'd looked at other recent reviews as it seems there must be a slight technical issue somewhere. Refund requested and off to the local corner shop for bags.
Bottomless bags
This was a usual purchase for me but my last two packs have been awful. The perforations aren't complete in some, some were minus side seams (so just a sheet of black plastic, rather than a bag) and I've just emptied my kitchen bin all over the floor because the bottom of the bag fell out. The bin was only half full, so not due to weight, and I was only emptying it because we had fish last night and the wrapper was smelly. Now I have to wash a kitchen floor covered in smelly raw fish juice and no replacement black bags as I can't trust the remainder of the roll.
Problem with perforated ends
the bags only open half way so you have to cut them, or pull them and make a hole
Waste of money
I bought these in November, but only opened pack recently. I've used about half the bags - and about half of the ones I've used have one side unsealed, thus rendering them useless as refuse bags. The last couple I've taken off the roll seem to have had some weird repair effected by running what looks like packing tape around the bags - this must have been done in the manufacturing process, as these were half way down the roll. At some point in the manufacturing process, it must have been obvious that the bags were faulty, or why was this tape added? These bags aren't cheap, and aren't fit for purpose. I'm always reluctant to leave negative reviews, but this one felt necessary. Luckily, I've been able to use the faulty bags for packaging, otherwise they would have had to be thrown away. I note from the other reviews that at least one other person has found the same problem. Best to avoid these and buy another brand.
Brilliant Bin Bags!
These are brilliant bin bags - they are large and very strong. Yes, they are expensive but it's worth paying extra as, unlike other brands, they don't rip and you don't have to use 2 to stop your rubbish spilling everywhere.
Current batch one seam not sealed
I have bought these before but my current batch one seam isn't sealed. I thought it was how I was taking them off of the roll so I laid the roll down and carefully unrolled two bags both of these had the same problem. Hopefully mine is a bad batch.
