ok pegs
They do come apart if you're not careful but lots of other wooden pegs do that. They're easy to put back together and they do the job, I like that they're not plastic and they're a good price.
Feeble things
The two halves fly apart. Ancient pegs go on and on, why not these?
not fit for purpose
I should have looked at the reviews before I bought these, but wanted to avoid plastic, and these were the only wooden ones. they nearly all broke within 5 uses, pegging out normal laundry loads in sunny, windless weather. they just aren't big enough or strong enough.
they last ok with a little attention
The pegs are mostly strong & do their jobs for me. Primarily I use for clipping the top of fridge/food bags & foil so called resealable containers in the food cupboard. Also if there are a few papers/usually bills to attend to they are useful to hold the papers together until actioned & I use one to hold the 2 sides together to close a small but annoying gap between the tops of my drawn curtains. HOWEVER it soon becomes evident that some pegs are weak & wobble when opened, so I wind a small elastic band round tightly, just past the metal hinge & it prolongs useful life. I usually expect to replace every couple of years, but then I don't use them for pegging out clothes!
waste of money
They keep falling apart. Already bought replacements for them after less than a week.
Great Pegs
Excellent wooden pegs. Easily fixed should they come apart. They leave no marks on clothes. Highly recommend.
