| A moderately sweet honey, gently acidic and with a pleasant and almost imperceptible bitter note. A soft honey, with a very light golden colour, aromatic and pleasantly acidulous taste characterised by floral notes. The production area for this honey are the regions of Calabria and Puglia. |
