| Wildflower honey is distinctly sweet and delicate, and it is thanks to this that it is very reminiscent of sugar syrup flavour. It has an intense vegetal aftertaste reminiscent of fruit jellies and wild berry jam. A fine and compact honey that is opaque yellow in colour with vegetable and fruity notes. The production area for this honey are the regions of Abruzzo and Marche. |
