Beyond the reach of the waves, Southwold's beach opens out, and the sun beats down on the dunes. It's bright and dry, just like our lager. Brewed with pale malts and Australian galaxy hops for their crisp tropical fruit flavors, especially when used as a late addition.

Great with: Fresh, green salads, baked salmon, spicy Asian dishes, or a spicy veg chilli.
