Not mush room for improvement
As far as cup soups go this is one of the better ones , nice aroma and does actually taste of wild mushrooms although be better if there were more in it .Next time I will soak and chop some dried porcini mushroom and add that for extra taste .Also I think you could get away with making it slightly thicker and using it as a sauce for chicken dishes for example chicken fricassee .
Not so good
Okay but Batchelors is better
Very disappointed with this soup, I expected great things from this soup, I followed the instructions to the letter, the powder and bits of mushroom(?) do not rehydrate properly, the taste is poor and for me left an unpleasant aftertaste I will not be buying this product again!
Creamy, mountain style mushroom soup
Creamy, delicately tasty and with a rich and pleasant aroma. Perfect texture and seems to be just made at home.
Glowing description of ingredients but that doesn't equate with the actual taste (or lack of!)
If I was Ainsley, I would be embarrassed to have may name on this product. Zero flavour (and I don't have COVID). It tasted like I was drinking hot water and flour. The mushrooms didn't re-hydrate so I had to crunch them not that there were many to find. Maybe the error was the marketing. I had high hopes for something special and I hate to leave bad reviews.
