Preparation and Usage
*PAN-FRIED (RECOMMENDED): Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Add the Gyoza by hand and brown on one side for 2 min. Pour 100ml of water, cover the pan and boil for 4 min. Remove the lid and boil again for about 1 to 2 min until the water has evaporated.
*IN A STEAM BASKET: Take out the Gyoza and place them in an oiled steam basket. Let the basket warm over a pan of boiling water for about 5 minutes.
