Preparation and Usage

1 Shawarma Spice Mix
1 Lebanese Style Garlic Sauce
Shopping List:
500g chicken thighs or halloumi 1 lettuce
2 salad tomatoes
Easy chicken shawarma wraps
1 Coat sliced chicken or halloumi with the spice mix, and marinade for 5 mins.
Fry in 1 tbsp of oil on medium heat until cooked through for 10 mins.
2 Warm the wraps in the microwave or heat in a dry frying pan on both sides (removing the packaging first) for 15 secs.
3 Drizzle the garlic sauce, layer the chopped salad and tomatoes, and top with your chicken or halloumi.
Wrap up, serve, and enjoy!
Tip 1:
For a deeper, richer flavour, leave the chicken or halloumi to marinate for 3-4 hours before cooking.
Tip 2:
For a zingy lift, why not try adding some pickles to your wrap.
