We've been begging our man Steve Grimley in South Australia for some of this stock for a bit now. I was about to drop him from my Christmas card list when he finally relented. It's normally lapped up by the Adelaide locals before we see it and they know how to slake the thirst. Sun and Aussie Brut - an afternoons entertainment.
