Shopping list :
450g Chicken thighs
4 Al'fez flatbreads

Tzatziki
1 Coat sliced chicken with the spice mix and 2 tbsps of oil.
Marinate for 5 mins.
2 Fry in 2 tbsps of oil on a medium heat for 10 mins or until cooked through.
3 Serve in a warm flatbread with salad, chips and tzatziki.
Tip: For a deeper flavour leave the chicken to marinate for 3-4 hours before cooking.
