1 Coat diced chicken with the spice mix and 1 tbsp of oil and marinate for 5 mins.
2 Thread the chicken onto a skewer and fry in 2 tbsps of oil on a medium heat until cooked through, for 10 mins.
3 Serve in a warm flatbread with salad.
