Made from all natural, plant-based ingredients, our Cauliflower & Lentil Dahl is warming, creamy and delicious. We slowly simmer red lentils with coconut to make the Dahl extra comforting, while the turmeric, cumin, paprika and chilli add a gentle spice. We finish the dish by stirring in roasted cauliflower florets, a handful of spinach and chunks of sweet apricot. It's delicious on its own or served with brown rice.

Keep Frozen

Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, a scatter of fresh coriander or a sprinkle of finely sliced chilli.
Simple, satisfying and full of flavour.

Cooking Instructions - General. Don't reheat once cooled.; Microwave - From Frozen. (800W full power). Remove sleeve and film.
Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 4 minutes. Stir, replace film and cook for 2 further minutes. Allow to stand for one minute before serving piping hot.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Heat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes. Allow to stand for one minute before serving piping hot.
