Cooking Instructions - General. The allplants way is to oven cook from frozen.
Don't reheat once cooled.; Microwave - From Frozen. For a quicker win: (800W full power). Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 7 minutes. Allow to stand 1 minute then serve piping hot.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Heat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Remove sleeve and film. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes. Allow to stand for one minute before serving piping hot.
