Hob - From Chilled. Bring a saucepan of water to a gentle boil with a generous sprinkling of salt. Add the tortelloni and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Drain and enjoy.
Note: Do not separate any joined tortelloni before cooking; they will naturally separate. Take care to keep the water at a gentle simmer, as a vigorous boil can cause them to split.
