Our veggie tempeh is made with peas and seasoned with rosemary to create a firm, nutty and delicious tempeh that's naturally high in protein and packed with fibre. Slice into strips, pan-fry in olive oil with a little sea salt, then add to your favourite grain bowl or salad with a generous helping of your favourite dressing or marinade.

Keep Refrigerated

Air Fry - From Chilled. Simply slice or cube the tempeh, toss it with oil and seasonings, arrange it in a single layer in the air fryer, and cook for about 10 minutes at 190-200°C until golden brown and crispy, shaking halfway through for even cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Warm a little oil in a frying pan, slice the tempeh into strips or cubes and pan fry for 3-4 minutes each side until lightly browned and warm through.
