2nd duff tin
Two tins in a row that simply didn't work. Back to Doves Farm, which is a shame as I've been using this happily for years.
Too many tins were faulty.
I tried different batches all well within use by date, 2025 etc., and they were all not raising the bread. I checked that it wasn't the flour and received a report that the yeast makers had had problems. I will never buy that make again.
Not failed me yet
Bought to go with my breadmaker and not had a failed loaf yet after 2-3 tins
perfect for pizza
After using sachets with varied degrees of success we decided to try this and are really happy. Great for a 24+ hour probed dough
great
Its good to have this can of yeast in the pantry. Im using this for years now for all my dough recipes.
Not good once open
The yeast is great when the tin is new. However after a few weeks, it no longer works even though it is still within the expiry date. This happened a few times so I only use the individual packets now.
