Cooking guidelines
Oven cook - From Ambient. Pulled pork (Serves 5 to 6 people)
Preheat oven to 170°c, rub a generous amount of American Chip Spice on a pork shoulder joint (1.5 kg). Place on an oiled baking tray and cover with foil. Cook for 3 hours then remove the foil and cook for another hour. Once cooked, shred the pork with a fork. Enjoy!
