Regional information
The vineyards sit on clay-limestone hillsides and terraces, with the nearby Pyrenees helping to cool the Mediterranean climate. Vines aged 20 to 40 years produce grapes full of depth and character. With yields under 50 hectolitres per hectare, the focus is on quality over quantity, ensuring each grape reflects the rich terroir and unique microclimate of the region.

Vinification details
The winery combines traditional winemaking practices with temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain precision throughout. Harvest is done entirely by hand, selecting only the finest fruit. Grapes are directly pressed, then undergo first fermentation in stainless steel vats, producing base wines from a single vintage. These wines are aged on the lees for at least 24 months, enhancing complexity and depth, and creating wines that truly reflect the essence of their terroir and vintage.
