has the recipe changed?
I have bought these for years. The last few batches have tasted burnt. Maybe it was a bad batch as ordinarily these are delicious
Great
Love all the Amisa crisp breads ! Every flavour! Theyre amazing. Perfect texture taste great. They go with any kind of topping sweet or savoury! All made with good quality non processed ingredients. Love all their pastas too! Top quality brand! Regular buy :)
The product contains contaminants.
and chestnut flour. I can eat either GF flour from other producers without problem. However this Amisa crispbread and also Amisa GF chestnut flour have the same effect on my bloating and gut motility as products containing soya, oats, barley etc. I therefore suspect their chestnut flour is heavily contaminated with something such as soya, oats or barley. If you are also sensitive to those three, I advise caution before you eat this crispbread.
Tasty
Slightly sweet, nice and crunchy. Lovely with a dip.
lazy manufacturing / allergy care
My daughter has a corn allergy and had an allergic reaction to this. I contacted the manufacturer to check if it could contain corn and they said it contains cross contaminants of corn. How much effort does it take to write may contain corn. Very lazy. We as consumers dont actually know whats in our food with companies like this.
Nice wafer
Good to add occasional variety in a gluten free diet. I liked the taste, and preferred them on their own rather than with any toppings ... except for Bonne Maman Fig Jam which worked particularly well! Not at all filling.
