Product information

Aperol it is the perfect aperitif that evokes the sociable Italian 'aperitivo' lifestyle, from pre-dinner conversation to an evening with friends and family. It is best enjoyed in its signature serve, the Aperol Spritz, the traditional Italian Aperitivo and the perfect drink to start the evening.
Its light, refreshing bitter-sweet taste has been starting conversations since 1919.
Lightly alcoholic, Aperol is a magical infusion of bitter and sweet orange, mix of herbs and roots.

To make the perfect Aperol Spritz, fill a large wine glass with ice, combine Prosecco followed by Aperol in equal parts, add a splash of soda water and garnish with an orange slice.

Nowadays, Aperol is distributed in dozens of countries worldwide.

Zesty, tangy and sweet - really lifts your spirits

I recently discovered Aperol Spritz - Aperol mixed with Prosecco or sparkling wine - and was just blown away. It is the perfect mix of bitter and sweet, and - whilst sparkling - isnt at all sickly. A perfect party drink - and a great pick-me-up.

The best summer drink

Aperol Spritz has replaced Pimms as the summer cocktail of choice and with good reason. It is really delicious and with a slightly bitter edge has a much more grown up taste than Pimms. I have to say that I think the ratios on the back of the bottle (3 parts prosecco, 2 parts aperol, 1 part water) are wrong and tend to use slightly less aperol.

My favourite drink

I get migraines with most alcoholic drinks, including wine, but this paired with soda is perfect. Slice of orange and youre done.

Summer in a glass!

We love an Aperol Spritz in this house. Mix with whatever you fancy, weve got quite a sweet tooth so like to mix it with shop bought Bucks Fizz, but is also good with Prosecco and some orange soda (Fanta), or just with lemonade for a less alcoholic version.
