Ariel Original washing liquid laundry detergent provides an outstanding cleaning result in 1 wash even in colder temperatures. Its formula was especially designed for cold, including COOL CLEAN Technology. Ariel liquid detergent also brightens your whites and hinders sweat stain built up. On top, Ariel washing liquid comes in a 100% recyclable packaging that contains recycled plastic (further information at ariel.co.uk/en-gb/RecycledContent). You can also use Ariel Original liquid detergent to pretreat stains with the green cap, then place your clothes in your washing machine. For best results, insert dosing cap containing the laundry detergent into the washing machine drum. For environmental reasons we do not equip all bottles with a measuring cap, it is available free of charge on ariel.info website.

love the fragrance

This has always been my favourite fragrance of washing liquids. Seems to clean fine, Ive not noticed it turning the whites blue as another reviewer found but will watch out for it

whites are now pale blue.

All my whites are now pale blue! Why do they put colouring in washing products? Apart from the fact it colours the clothes, a lot if people are allergic to these dyes! I will go back to using a colourless detergent.

Very Strong Scent

I received this product free to review with a coupon from Ocado. I found that this product cleaned clothes well (40C wash). The scent of the detergent, however, is possibly the strongest I've ever come across (certainly much stronger than the Ariel + Febreze laundry tabs). It even remains quite powerful after fabrics have been tumble-dried. Verdict: Product cleans well and represents reasonable value but would not recommend it to people who are sensitive to strong perfumes.

Not keen on the fragrance

I received this product as I got a free coupon from Ocado I wasnt keen on the smell of this at all. It washes well but I wouldnt buy.

Received via coupon Used Ariel for a number of years with excellent results. Keeps my whites wonderfully white .especially work shirts..and no musty odour smells when drying indoors..just a beautiful summer breeze perfume throughout. A bonus buy for my wash days !!!

Lovely Scent

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free coupon from Ocado. This worked well, a cold wash at 30. It smells fruity and much more appealing than many of the detergents. You do have to send off for a free measuring cap but at least that’s reducing plastic waste. I like the way you can see through the bottle to check how much is left.
