Tasting Notes

Colour: This wine has a brilliant golden color with platinum highlights.

Nose: The nose reveals notes of small yellow fruits and almonds, and releases subtle hints of pear and peach.

Palate: Upon the first sip, the wine is supple and fresh, revealing fruity notes of peach, apricot and hazelnut and a final touch of citrus.


Vinification Details

Grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation during 10 days under controlled temperatures. The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled.

Regional information

Situated in the very North-East of the French hexagon, it
spans the two departments between the Vosges and the
Alsace plain, from Marlenheim in the North to Thann in
the south, reaching 120 km long and 4 km wide.

Tasting notes

Colour : Golden, brilliant and limpid. Nose : Very discreet, slight fruitiness. Develops into pear and peach notes. Palate : Wonderful roundness. Fruity, the palate is much more expressive than the nose. Pear and peach/apricot notes.
