Vinification Details
Grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation during 10 days under controlled temperatures. The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled.

Didnt enjoy this wine at all
I was keen to try this wine as the ratings were good but it really wasnt good. So disappointing!
Nice quality wine
It’s dry and it goes very well with seafoods and cheese. Arthur Metz is my favorite wine maker . Very nice !
