Tasting Notes

Colour : Fine foam and golden colour with amber tints.

Nose :Pleasant bouquet with distinguished aromas of yellow fruit.

Palate : Bubbles finesse and soft fruity freshness

Regional Information

Alsatian vineyard is situated at the foot of the Vosges, between Marlenheim and Thann.

Vinification Details

Manual harvesting. Traditional method : second fermentation in the bottle. Ageing on fine lees which enables unmatched bubbles finesse and generous smooth sensation.

Soil : Alsace owns a mosaïc of terroirs very different from each other.

Where was I earlier?

I searched brutes according to customer ratings a few weeks ago and this one came up. I had to try it. It’s pleasant – light and fruity I like. On the other hand I might be drinking more, as there isn’t the other half bottle or so wasted, which is a reason I don’t open a bottle in the first place.

great price point for very drinkable fizz

My husband doesnt drink alcohol so its lovely to be able to buy a half-sized bottle of tasty sparkling wine for just one person. I like that this isnt prosecco (has more depth and taste to it, as a cremant should). A regular purchase for me

Delicious. Soft and fruity, quality flavour

I am more a fan of real champagne or methode champenoise wines although occasionally they come up too sharp for me. This is a half bottle so a great size for a sparkling wine which tasted like the vineyard know what they are doing. I will buy it again

great for a mid week treat

very hard to find reasonably priced half bottles of bubbles which are NOT prosecco - would love to see cava, franciacorta or more of these cremants around this £5-7 price point. fizz itself is nice and works well for me (i don't like prosecco, do like cava and champagne).
