A nutritious & delicate 'grain'

Cooked quinoa seeds become fluffy and creamy, yet maintains a slight crunch. It has a delicate and subtly nutty flavour, versatile for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Some Facts About Quinoa...
We cook and eat quinoa like many other grains, but, botanically speaking, it's a relative of spinach, beetroot and chard. The part we eat is actually the seed, which is why quinoa is gluten-free.
Quinoa is highly nutritious as it contains all 9 essential amino acids. It is wheat free and is an excellent alternative to rice or couscous.

Nice and quick
The good thing of this quinoa is that it's ready to cook (you don't have to wash it before). I would just like a bigger size.

Rather small packet
Quinoa itself was nice enough, but quantity was very tiny. Enough for 4 salads. I usually buy the Waitrose white and red with bulgar wheat which is really nice and much better value.
