Made by a unique trickle feed process from traditional Organic apples, this vinegar is a versatile British gem with a myriad of uses, from healthy living to great cooking.
Bottled unpasteurised for a fuller flavour and made using only natural ingredients; as the vinegar matures, a slight sediment and darkening may occur. This will not affect the quality of the vinegar.

Lovely on fish and chips less harsh than malt vinegar. Quite expensive.

I was sent this to review from Ocado and I have to say for the price this is one of the best cider vinegars you can buy! I would highly recommend and will continue to use this in the future.

Excellent vinegar

Im reviewing this as I received a free sample from Ocado, although Ive been buying this product for a while. Great vinegar with good balance and lovely flavour. A bonus that its organic and decent value.
