- Do not refreeze after defrosting.; Microwave - From Frozen. Microwave in a microwavable bowl on full power:

1/4 of the pack (approx. 135g)
700W, 7 mins
800W, 6 mins
900W, 6 mins
For two servings
1/2 of the pack (approx. 275g)
700W, 10 mins
800W, 9 mins
900W, 9 mins
Stir halfway through cook time.
Leave to stand for 2 minutes, to allow sauce to thicken, then stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180℃, Gas mark 6
Half pack 40 mins
Full pack 50 mins
Pre-heat the oven.
Place cauliflower cheese in an oven proof dish in the middle of the oven.
Stir halfway through the cook time.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes, to allow sauce to thicken, before serving.
