Aunt Bessie's Dumpling Mix Gluten Free

Add a special finishing touch to any casserole or stew with this easy to prepare gluten free dumpling mix. Our vegetable suet provides extra flavour for a hearty, homely and satisfying meal. Suitable for Vegans

Oven cook - From Ambient. Required: 60-75ml water, cornflour, mixing bowl and measuring jug.
220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 20-30 mins
1. Place the dumpling mix into a bowl and add the water, gently mix into a slightly sticky dough, using more water if required.
2. Use the cornflour to flour hands, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form into dumplings.
3. Place the dumplings on top of a simmering stew and cook for 20-30 mins or follow suggested guidance if using your own recipe.
