220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 6, 25-30 mins
Keep toad in the hole frozen until time to cook.
Pre-heat the oven.
Remove film wrap and place the foil on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Cook until golden.
For the best rise, avoid opening the oven during cooking.
