Not ripe enough!

we used to buy the Galbani version, which was absolutely wonderful but Ocado stopped selling it in January for some reason. We've tried a few since then and this was by far the worst ....I always leave it out of the fridge for a good half hour / hour before opening and usually that results in a deliciously gooey runny yummy cheese that is easy to spread but this one was still hard! It tasted ok, a bit milder than usual but just was nowhere near ripe enough was like a new cheese and very difficult to spread. Not ordering this one again and the other choices available are disappointing - either very expensive or still not as good in taste as the Galbani. Sainsburys and M&S own are good so I guess its back to those.

Much nicer than anticipated

This cheese is mild as it says, although I was expecting a stronger flavour I was pleased with how smooth and mild it is. Works well in sauces and on crackers.

I I generally find gorgonzola too runny, and I prefer Roquefort, but this one had a nice texture about consistency, and I really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend it
