This is most likely the best facial sunscreen I have used so far. I've got normal/combo skin type, its all I have on during the weekend on top of moisturiser. Used this last and the summer. Find it on youtube if you'r unsure.
pretty much perfect
It's taken me ages to find a facial sunscreen that doesn't feel as though I've smoothed a thin layer of peanut butter onto my face, and I am pleased to say that this definitely doesn't. It's just like wearing a tinted moisturiser. At last the search is over!
Lovely but drying
Guides nicely on the skin, protects perfectly, but it dries my combination skin out quite a lot. I have to use extra thick moisturiser before I use this. Its also very slightly tinted, so you still need to apply some foundation/concealer, so you cant skip that step either (unless your skin is really really pale and flawless). I still love its natural and mineral based and high SPF. So i will still use it until its finished, just not when Im in a rush.
great tinted spf
This is a silicone based product so goes on very smoothly and evens out your completion. Its the first tinted spf Ive found thats not too dark or orange for my skin tone. It drys to a satin/matt finish and I find I dont really need foundation, just a bit of concealer with this. You can feel it on your face, which you can with most mineral sunscreens. Great for oily or oily/combination skin types.
Extremely drying and irritating
Ive dry/combo skin and this did not fair well for me. At first it went on well, and felt really nice. Had a bb cream effect and complexion looked more even. 5 minutes later, my entire face felt irritated, as though theres an itchy, hard film on my face. I had to use an oil based cleanser to get this off as even after rinsing with water my face felt like dry carpet. I had dry patches all over my face, even on places I hadnt had a problem in years. Terrible. I had to moisturise twice as much than usual for a couple of days until my skin returned back to normal. I guess if you have oily skin, this would be ok but not for dry skin. Itll suck out every ounce of moisturise you have in your skin.
This feels beautiful on the skin, it blurs pores and even's out the skin tone. It works well as a makeup primer. I have oily/combo skin so I don't like anything that is heavy or makes me greasy, this is just beautiful. I still have to blot, but that is my skin. I love that it's a physical spf 50 and reef safe. I'm worried Ocado will no longer have this on their site after they switch supplier to M&S...might have to buy a backup.
