Brilliant but subtle
Gently helps switch off a busy mind to wind down and sleep. Highly recommend. Great for anxious children and I also use for my animals.

wow I'm so pleased I tried this. I've used rescue remedy tincture, spray and pastilles in the past and always found they did what they were supposed to so as on offer I decided to get this. I tested it in the afternoon just for taste and curiosity really and ended up having a 2 1/2 hour nap that afternoon. then I had it again before bed. once I dropped off to sleep in only woke twice instead of my usual every hour at the very least. and having got up for the bathroom fell back to sleep quickly. my fitbit monitors my sleep and my sleep quality was much improved and had a higher than normal % of deep sleep - the really restful and rejuvenating sleep I'm usually very short of. I feel amazing today as a result and highly recommend you try this 100% natural sleep aid. tastes OK. does not dry my mouth and no hang over effect on waking. just absolutely fabulous!

good herbal remedy
Tried the regular and night time remedy and they both are good. The night time remedy does stop you thinking but doesn't put you to sleep, where as the regular remedy helps make you feel calm with your mind still active.
