This traditional bottle-fermented sparkling wine is made using the classic grape varieties, and skilfully blended from selected reserves. Leslie's Gold reflects the signature Leslie's style; ripe fruit character and vibrant acidity. A golden colour with pink highlights, and a palate which is fresh expressive, and fruit driven, with hints of apple, citrus fruit and an underlying creamy finish. The extra dry style makes Leslie's Gold a fabulously versatile and gastronomic wine which compliments many meals from fish and chips to delicious dessert dishes, but also works wonderfully on its own as an aperitif.

Made in the traditional method. A blend of selected cuvees that are chosen specificall y to make a riper richer style. Malolactic fermentation adds creaminess to balnce the fresh English acidity. A dosage of 14g/l gives a hint of sweetness on the finish.
