Cooking Instructions - General. All appliances vary a bit, so the cooking instructions below are just guidelines. Make sure the product is piping hot all the way through before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer sleeve packaging and pierce film a few times. Place product directly into the microwave. Cook on full power for 5 minutes. Allow to stand inside microwave for 2 minutes, then turn the tray. Cook for a further 3 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to fan 180°C/gas mark 6. Remove outer sleeve packaging and pierce the film lid a few times. Place product on a baking tray on the middle oven shelf. Cook for 50 minutes. Remove film lid and return to oven for a further 10 minutes.
