Product Information
Aged in cask in the traditional Solera system within the ancient cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo, this wine is a blend of old Amontillados and Pedro Ximénez. This special ageing gives this Sherry its characteristic amber colour, rich nutty aroma and smooth full body. Slightly sweet on the palate.
Serve at cellar temperature, ideal before a meal or with well flavoured foods especially mushroom risotto and all types of soups, stews and cheeses.
