Barbadillo Manzanilla Sherry

Aged in casks under a floating layer of yeast known as the flor, using the traditional Solera system within the ancient cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo. This unique ageing process, in the humid maritime conditions of Sanlucar, gives this wine its special flavour. Light straw in colour, with a salty yeasty aroma; dry, crisp delicate and smooth to taste.
