Ingredients:
50ml Barceló Imperial
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 cube of brown sugar
Orange twist
1 cherry

Method: Muddle a sugar cube with bitters and water in a glass to make a syrup, add rum and ice in two stages while stirring, then garnish with a twisted orange peel and a cherry.
