Barfoots Farming Forever Sweet & Spicy British Pepper Mix

Grown in our cropping facility on the South Coast, our Sweet & Spicy British Pepper Mix contains a variety of flavours and heat. Including mild sweet snacking peppers, spicy habaneros with a fruity, floral flavour, alongside more unusual varieties such as the heirloom purple Buena Mulata chilli which has a smokey medium heat profile.

The variety mix will change through the season depending on growing conditions and availability.

With the highest light levels in the UK, our cropping facility provides the perfect conditions for a wide range of peppers and chillies to thrive, from the mildest varieties to the very hottest. Chillies require a great deal of care and attention, the plants are nurtured from just 20 cm high, to vines that are 4 meters high which we harvest by hand throughout the entire season. Our facility is powered by biomass woodchip, and we use nature positive practices to help the plants flourish.

Peppers and chilli peppers are packed with health promoting nutrients and bioactive compounds, including Capsaicin, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin K1 and Vitamin A.
