Barilla Gluten Free Tagliatelle stays true to tradition with long, flat ribbons of pasta that are believed to have been inspired by the hair of Lucrezia Borgia and then dedicated to her by a poetic chef on the day of her wedding to Alfonso d'Este. Made from a delicious blend of corn and rice, it has the same great taste and texture as our classic pasta and works with almost any sauce.

Barilla Gluten Free Tagliatelle cooks in just 7 minutes. Simply bring water to a boil in a large pot, and add the Tagliatelle along with a generous pinch of sea salt to enhance the pasta's flavour. For authentic al dente pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 7 minutes. For pasta that's more tender, boil for an additional minute. Drain well and serve immediately with your favourite Barilla sauce.
